Job Requirements
- Develop and execute paid media strategies for various platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other relevant platforms
- Should be expertise in paid search, display advertising, and social media advertising
- Conduct keyword research, and optimize campaigns
- Monitor campaign budgets, optimize bids, and ensure cost-effective results
- Monitor campaign performance and provide regular reporting and analysis, including identifying areas for improvement and optimization and providing client insights
- Work closely with the marketing team to align paid media campaigns with overall marketing objectives and goals
- Continuously stay up-to-date on industry trends, changes in advertising policies or algorithms, and best practices in paid media
- Collaborate with creative and content teams to develop compelling ad creative that aligns with overall campaign strategy and objectives
- Experience with video advertising and managing campaigns on platforms such as YouTube and OTT
- Experience in developing and executing A/B testing and experimentation strategies to improve ad performance and ROI
- Continuously monitoring and optimizing campaigns to improve performance metrics such as click-through rates (CTRs), conversion rates, and return on ad spend (ROAS)
- Generating regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as impressions, clicks, conversions, and cost per acquisition (CPA)
- Identify and collaborate with influencers, bloggers, and relevant industry partners to amplify the brand's reach and engage with new audiences
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, or a related field
- Proficiency in using advertising platforms such as Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage client relationships
- Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in paid media advertising
